I'm sorry, Mediator, if my response wasn't up to expectations. How could serious, hard work not be respected? For me, that would be the worst possible place to work, a place I'd quit as soon as I'd figured that out. You say you have "always an opposite job." How can that be? Companies are in business to make money. Hard work helps them get there. How could they not take your work seriously? I'm fully aware that there are plenty of crazy people in the world, but crazy companies that don't take hard work seriously die much more quickly than human beings. You are in a terrible position.
