I can relate to this. I don't have AvPD but I do have a lot of anxiety (plus alot of other things related to my conditions) about doing things on my own. However, what do you mean about co-dependency? I thought that was when one partner/relative/etc. is abusive and the other can't get out due to being dependent on them?
