Yeah, you can. In a number of different ways. You can find that kind of love under several different mental health categories. The common denominator of them all is they're signs of pathology. Healthy people, almost as a definition of health, are capable of loving other people of any gender. Being forced back on yourself as a love object indicates (to me, and I'm no pro) that something went wrong way back when. "Love" is between two separate, distinct people. Gender doesn't count. Some kind of self love is of course necessary for life, but so is love between different individuals. Take care.
