Well, my attorney called this morning and asked if I could do a deposition sometime next week. I told him that as long as he tells me ahead of time I could do so.

Oh, he just cut the conversation right then and there, no appology, explanation for informing me at the last minute, and no real date next week.

It is just becoming more and more apparent to me that people don't like to admit their errors and they feel like they are giving way too much away by just being responsible people.

And I am beginning to realize that many people just want permission to be irresponsible and disrespectful to others and if anyone doesn't play that game that person is isolated and punished.

And I am wondering if my attorney is going to remember this morning's conversation. Is he actually going to make real efforts to make an appointment for next week and inform me?
At this point, I really don't know. I might not hear from him for over a month, or two or three, that is basically how it has been, even if I leave a message, visit him and show my real need.
