Hey there, good luck wtih everything not sure about the other stuff but as far as coffee...
I've heard lots of mixed stuff. It depends on you as a person and how much you are drinking. Everyone processes coffee just a bit different. It's worth a try - don't drink it for a week and see what happens. It's definitely a good idea not to drink more than a cup (meaning a measuring cup) or two of coffee per day, and will help your sleep if you don't drink it in the afternoon.
