What was the timeline? Has anyone said
after you made the album public that they couldn't see the picture?
I guess there's a chance their browser could be showing them an old (cached) copy of the page from when the picture wasn't visible to them... but the Reload (or Refresh) button should take care of that.
I can see the SCF picture (and the album you have it in). If anyone still can't see it, can they see other pictures in posts?
