To say the Very Least!!

When I was in a mental hospital almost three yrs ago, there was a woman there that had gotten shock treatments for depression. IMO, they may as well have given her a frontal lobotomy!!!

I know it's not the same as what these kids are getting, but like the article says; it reminds you of "One Flew Over the Coocoo's Nest"!!
