I think I'm in the same place. Definitely hypomanic. Can't get to sleep. Nearly took a sleeping tab last night. Can't concentrate. Every now and again I have to get up from me desk and go prancing along with too much energy. Racing thoughts, can't remember things, dissociating.
Now - when you realise you are going slightly over the top, what do you do? I am noticing I'm getting hypomanic a lot more often now. And feeling very anxious from time to time
