Serequol makes me very drowsy.... I am only on 100mg at night very low dosage. It knocks me out big style unless I am Manic that is lol. I also take 25mg during the day for anxiety/agitation. Plus I can take a further 25-50mg if needs be for anxiety/agitation.
But Serequol does work for me as a sleep aid
