Maybe you can ask your Mum what she thinks? Obviously the school(s) your Brother's all attend will have seen them act up or become overly emotional. I am persumiong your 10 year old Brother attends a special school for Autistic kids? Do you think your other Brothers are maybe jealous of your Autistic Brother getting attention or the fact your Youngest Brother gets all the attentioin hence your 8 year old Brother is acting out?
I wouldn't think it was funny that your Brother said he would kill you if your Mum didn't give him a cookie... I know family dynamics are all different. But this could be seen as "un-natural" behaviour and there maybe something there that needs addressed now before it gets out of hand.
