Hello and welcome. I'm sure that a healthy diet along with regular exercise can help you lose all the weight you need to lose. Don't let the ED come back. You know you don't want it to. It's not worth it. There are some great exercise methods that get rid of fat in a short period of time. Try them out. (e.g. the Tabata method. you can google the term and pm me if you need more info.) Take care
