Now - when you realise you are going slightly over the top, what do you do? I am noticing I'm getting hypomanic a lot more often now. And feeling very anxious from time to time

I went through that a couple of weeks ago. The first few days were fun, and then I became anxious to the point that I put in a call to my pdoc and almost went to the ER. While I was having fun, I have a little thing in the back of my mind that was telling me that I was headed toward too much. It was the anxiety that I couldn't handle and called pdoc. I don't know if that answers your question...
