I am really struggling lately. I have talked to T about it mT and Pdoc... They all agree... I'm struggling because right now my life legitimately sucks. What on earth do I do with that???? They want me checking in, even though nothing is changing. They want to know I am safe even though I am miserable. I am exhausted from using every coping skill, CBT thingie and self care trick I know.

Not really expecting answers... mostly a vent... UGH!
