It REALLY sucks that age could be a factor! Younger people need to wake up & realize that THEY will get old someday. Everything ages, even objects such as a car or kitchen appliance! Someday they will be sitting in that chair, across from some much younger interviewer........

It is disheartening when an interview goes so well or at least okay, then.....
