There was a housing boom a few years ago here and the builders used what they call chinese dry wall. It is pretty nasty stuff and it makes the house unlivable. That house may have it. We can't take the chance it does as it was built on those years.
So we continue. There is one we saw that was a little too far from our daughter's. We may still do an offer. Between the chinese drywall and short sales it doesn't seem like there are as many to choose from as we first thought.
We are enjoying our visit though.
