Not sure where to put this so, moderators, feel free to move it to where you feel fit if necessary.

Does anyone have the problem with falling asleep at work? I dont have a strenuous job, its mostly just paper pushing and I find myself falling asleep at work no matter how much caffeine I consume. It gets hard to focus on said tasks and this would happen before I started taking all my medications. If it helps heres a list of meds I take currently:
Nucynta 100mg
Valium 5mg
Amitriptyline (at night) 25mg
Meloxicam 7.5mg
Fioricet (weird dose but its a barbiturate)
Methocarbamol 750mg
Ambien (at night) 5mg
Cefadroxil 500mg

Like I said, this would happen before all the meds I was taking and I could drink a couple of energy drinks or a crap ton of coffee and just fall to sleep in just about any spot. It hasn't got me in trouble at work-yet and I try my damnedest to fight it by doing things like pacing and stretches and exercises (before I hurt my back). It would work ok until I sat back down and got back to work. My question is, how do others deal with this ( I know I cant be the only one)? I have even gone so far as to try things like No-Doze and other similar products. I also do this at home, at random.

Now with all the meds I am on, this is just multiplied exponentially.

Thanks! Cheers!

Edit: I work day shift.
