Thanks Merlin,
I am gonna start as of Monday on a schedule where I must stick to it. If I stick to it all by the end of the week I am gonna give myself a reward. If I don't stick to it I won't receive a reward. Feel like a kid again but I think I need it as being an adult hasn't helped me at all!!
