Exercise has a very positive effect on me, it's an important part of my recovery. It takes my mind off of negative thoughts, changes my body for the better, and boosts my self-esteem. There are days when I want to do anything BUT exercise, but usually I force myself because I always feel better afterwards. When I don't do any physical activity for the day, I feel down and depressed usually.
