Eating better helps you see better and faster results when you exercise which can only increase the good effects of exercise that everyone explain in the previous thread. Lay off soda and junk food. Limit your eating late at night or anytime after 8pm, if your on a "normal" sleep cycle. East 5-6 small meals a day instead of a few big meals. Drinks lots of water, LOTS of water. Staying hydrated on meds is essential
