*TRIGGERING, SOMEWHAT GRAPHIC*

Hi everyone,

I am having these dreams rather frequently, at least a few days a week, sometimes every night for a few nights in a row.

Usually it is something not too horrible, like being groped in a crowded room and nobody seems to notice. Yesterday night's bothered me...merely because I was being raped in the er...**** area. And during the dream, once again, there were other people in the room who were very aware of what was going on and NOT HELPING ME.

I often have lucid dreams, sometimes where I can control those dreams. With these dreams I never have control, something that frustrates me immensely.

I have never been abused in any aspect, so I see no logical reason for these dreams. Does anyone else struggle with this? Any input would be appreciated, thank you.
