I don't think the wellbutrin does anything to weight, I don't remember. Topomax does 2 things, it alters your metabolism so you lose weight, and it makes you feel full faster, if you pay attention. I would feel satisfied and be able to stop with one-third of a restaurant meal, for example. but I was taking a much higher dose. still, at the beginning, you would notice its effects more.
