I know just how you feel. I'm trying to go horseriding more as it's a form of exercise I actually enjoy - is there any type of exercise you do/ could do to help shift a few lbs whilst boosting your mood with some feelgood endorphins? I plan to start cycling again, too, but I haven't got the motivation right now. I manage a couple of days at a time eating healthily, but then I tend to fall off the wagon - are you managing to eat healthy?
