For about two years I took Cymbalta with Lamictal and it worked well. When I had another depressive episode we added Abilify and it worked wonders!

Now I had another suicidal depression and my pdoc put me on Emsam, an MAOI which is an older antidepressant but it works on seretonin, dopamine, and norephinephrine. It seems, fingers crossed, to be working. I am not sure because I am still having maintenance ECT and that could be the reason I am doing well right now.
