Thanks just some girl, it feels like it's a constant struggle. I eat healthy during the week and watch that I don't overeat on the weekends, it can be difficult because of the social element, and always having functions to go to e.t.c. however, in terms of my exercise routine, I am particularly hard on myself, I do spinning / cycling twice a week, run about +-4 km twice a week (trying to increase it to 10km) and yoga once a week, but still I get up in the morning and my clothes continue to feel tighter, I have NEVER been in this position, if I had been doing this a year ago, I would be alot lighter and I'm just getting heavier. People are saying muscle weighs more than fat and I understand that, but I should at least be loosing in cm's and fitting into my clothes more comfortably.
It's my second week since my discovery of my issues with insulin, which is the cause for me not loosing apparently according to the doc, so I am on medication, I should be noticing some change after a month, but if I haven't even seen a change after 2 weeks, what happens after a month! I don't want to give up though!
