For the last couple of days... not been myself... racing thoughts...wanting to hurt...wanting to hug and be loved.. no one home... no friends to pal around with...my little ones are all crying too much noise in my head... the voices are telling me that they are too tired to go on... called my T she made a emergency call to my primary for this morning early am... she called a new psychiatrist for me to see... she keeps calling me....I guess to see if I am still here.... I just want to go away....away away
