I know this will not feel like much of a help. But when Ive felt really bad, and had all the same feeling you do at the moment, i try to remember that they pass and it is possible to feel a bit better. Sometimes its like going in and out of valleys. You could maybe think of calling a friend and getting them round to spend time with you. Im thinking of you and hope this passes soon.
