Since you say that distractions don't work, and the voices are an issue. The best thing that I can say is try to be very mindful about what you do. Meaning when you eat, think about how it tastes, looks, smells, feels, and if you can hear the sizzling of hot food, or any other noise that it makes. Do this for all things that you do.

That's something that you can do on your own. The thing that concerns me is the fact that you have si'ed for so long. This is an addiction, and like any addiction they are hard to stop. Getting professional help will help, but in the mean time do a little research into addictions and find something that can help you to stop. There is something out there for anyone to stop, but it will be hard. Trust me.
