It is a 24 hour hotline. I found a great deal of help there. I have a Permanent Order Of Protection against my ex. Been there. You are stronger than you know

Thankyou for your reply I have a protection order for both myself and my girls but he is due out of prison soon and this is causing me completely erratic feelings. For me and the girls to leave we gave up everything and ran in the middle of the night I have fought so hard to get just the simplest of things that we needed to survive and we r doing well on the outside.
Things r never that simple tho I closed my business to leaving many people without jobs on Xmas eve the girls worlds were turned upside down and they were taken away from everything they knew and I made us homeless! His last attack was so bad he almost killd me and also stole the life of the baby I was carrying which would he here in the next few weeks....I feel so guilty I hurt so many people with my stupidity
