Dear Floats like a Butterfly,

I've read your post with interest, and although I can't speak for Life, I hope you don't mind if I speak from my own heart. You seem to be gifted with a sensitive heart and gentle soul. These are gifts that need to be cherished and protected. And if the world around you cannot do it as it should, then you will have to learn how to do it for yourself until such time that freedom and joy and love abound and the walls are no longer needed to such a degree..

There was a man by the name of Victor Frankl. He lived during the time of the Jewish holocaust. He was taken by the Nazis and imprisoned and endured the very worst conditions, the beatings, the starvation, the degredation, the cold and the loss of family and friends to the dreaded concentration camps and gas chambers. He certainly had every reason to rail against Life and the unfair and cruel conditions and inhumanity all around him. He CHOSE to protect the one and only thing that was truly his. His view of the world, and the way he could look at what was happening to him. He could not control even one thing about his physical existence, but he COULD choose his outlook on life. I invite you to read his book. It is truly inspiring and considered one of the best books ever written.

I also encourage you to seek beauty and inspiration in every facebook page you can find, every inspirational quote page, read about the wonders of the world, and continue to reach for the stars every day. One hard lesson that I learned, was that there are tons of people out there that want to help you...but I was always either too proud, or too shy or too naive to know that they were truly there. I hope you will learn this lesson much earlier than I did and reach out everyday for the help and guidance that you need and to offer inspiration to those around you that also need it as well. Butterflies are magical creatures and when they alight on your knee or shoulder...it is said you are blessed. You are very much a blessing and I hope you will never forget how very special and loving you are..
