I haven't done a cleanse but I can relate to binging. I have it under control most of the time but it is hard at times. I eat to cope with emotions. I cut out sugar other than: honey, maple syrup.
I cut out all refined carbs so only complex carbs and eat lots of veggies and some fruit.
Low fat dairy.
Eggs.
Nuts.
Beans.
Lean animal protien.
H2O
I believe that if we eat pure clean food then are body will cleanse itself it just takes a little time.
It's hard in the beginning but I found but I'm used to it now. I don't have the highs and lows from sugar and processed foods but I have emotions that I have to work hard on controlling and not letting them control me. Uncomfortable feelings = binging for me but I'm dealing with the emotions as hard as it and I don't always succeed. I'm a work in process but I'm doing OK.
