I understand that sixth sense to be an ability we all have to take billions of cues and fragments of experience and process them in our subconscious minds to come up with something called intuition about new situations. During psychosis our Aristotelian logic and executive functioning are typically impaired, but somehow our subconscious processes are liberated to come up with spectacular creativity. Logically, our doctors fob it off as nonsense and evidence that we need to up the meds. But I'm not convinced that our minds aren't making sense of things in a different way.
Unfortunately that sense can become rather crippled by the logic we need to apply to act on it.
