I can relate to craving bad food so I don't have any in my house. For example if I make cupcakes or buy a tray of cupcakes I will eat one after another until they are gone. Why? Because I love cupcakes.... now if I'm having a bad day emotionally I medicate myself by eating the cupcakes, and anything else I can get my hands on. But now because I don't have the junk in my house I am forcing myself to deal with my emotions.
Exercise I've also found helps allot!!! Especially when my husband and I aren't getting along exercise helps me blow off some steam and its healthier than a tray of cupcakes.
Many hugs Kristi you are definatly no alone.

Change is really hard but have faith and decide that you want to change things and you can one step at a time. Remember it's not about perfection it's about trying to change old habbits. Be kind to yourself.
