I haven't really been under watch like that, but my best friend has, definitely. When her parents first found out about her SI she was not allowed to do anything alone. She couldn't look doors and her parents always confiscated her phone and iPod... however, they are doing better now. It'll be OK. Getting help is the first step. I'm so glad you took it!
