If you live in Ohio..you can receive an Ohio Buckeye card. Just get a statement from the Doctor about why u need the card and you take it to your library . You will be issued a temporary card until the permanent one comes in th mail. It takes 50% off of any medication. I am not sure about the age requirements. Just Google it..and you can find answers you need. It's accepted at many dental offices..as well...4 dental services.
