So I was just coming out of my super hard episode of depression and my grandma died last Saturday. Ever since I was diagnosed bipolar II all of my depressed episodes have just started randomly out of the blue. This time its different. This is the first time I have actually had a reason to be depressed and there is a HUGE difference in the symptoms between the depressions. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this or am I the only one?
