This is my weekend . Uhhm Friday ..not so much paranoid. I felt like people were trying to read my thoughts thoo . I had a reall urge to smoke weed, because I think people were reason my thoughts . But here's the thing with that . I barely smoke now . I don't any more cause I get really really paranoid like unusually . I guess only causebi am normally. I always feel like someones trying to minipulate my thoughts nd make me feel stupid . Nd that's the same way when I'm sober . I want to know what makes me always think that people read my thoughts . Nd I'm starting to get irritated with light . My room is always dark I close the blinds during the daytime cause light nd sunlight is getting supper annoying .at sunset is when I'll go outside nd sit nd I'm calm. , the moon . The moon makes me feel so sane . It makes me feel like risin. Happy .
