Hep B can be detected without symptoms. i.e. jaundice, over sleeping, lack of appetite, yellowish of eyes or skin, mild fever. If your immune system is weakened from some other primary /secondary infection,. Tattoo is with the current protocols followed now a days, less likely., But possible.
