What do you do on T days?
I had a session this afternoon which... brought up a lot of triggers. We went through some of my more difficult memories. I trust my T... the session was strangely comforting, though really scary and emotional.
Now, though, I feel very tender. Quiet and vulnerable. I really just want to wrap up in a blanket and cry for a while.
What can I do on emotional days like this?
