Yeah, I've felt that way after some sessions. I think it's important to go ahead and let yourself feel vulnerable - maybe that vulnerability is what we're holding back sometimes. Be gentle with yourself and take care of yourself. Feel the emotion, and do anything you can to comfort yourself. That's what I do. Yep, I have basically wrapped myself in a blanked and cried for a while. It seemed the right and proper thing to do, actually
