I'm 22 and I have been struggling with eating issues for the last ten years. I really need help this time because i'm in way over my head and i'm really unsure what to do. I've been living in AZ for the last 4 years, so my family has no clue whats going on and i'm too embarrassed to talk to them about it since I hear how much crap they talk about my cousin who has been in and out of inpatient for the last 5 years. I know this message is all over the place and frantic, but thats basically how i'm feeling. Any advice would be so amazing..just to know that i'm not the only one out there in this position.
