I don't know if it relates to my liver but my pdoc has told me that there is something about me that only begins to respond when we've reached the upper limit of drugs. I know I was on 800mg Seroquel too and it hardly helped me sleep. Same with Trazadone. I responded to the anti-depressant part of it at over the legally perscribed dose whereas other people have told me they took like 5mg and it knocked them out and my 700mg dose hardly made me tired.
