Thank you Ygrec I just realised I hadn't changed my location on PC, I moved away from London, I'm in York now, but it is very beautiful and less overwhelming (partly why I moved) whilst very lively. So it all applies here as well!

You are quite right about calming down. I bought a day to day diary to help myself plan each day (therefore avoiding overloading, or the opposite).
And indeed I have ways of calming myself. It just feels like my brain hasn't caught up with the external reality - still processing basic things so everything seems to require a bit of a readjustment, including how I calm myself! Also, the sun always makes me crazy (and it's been too sunny lately) so now that the usual grey weather is back it might be easier...As little sense as that makes..

I also realised I probably should have posted that somewhere else on PC but I only ever visit this forum and feel safe here
