Emotions are not to be ignored....they are there to point out that something needs to be handled & understood better so they can be handled in a rational manor. Oh, we've done this already and I'll put into play the techniques we worked out before. But I also don't even want to go where those emotions might live. You see, I'm not sure I'll have a strong reaction; I just want to prevent it from occurring.
