Hello,
I think I am nearing becoming anorexic. I think this because I am obsessed about my weight and I think about my weight all the time. I am desperate to lose weight. I noticed that I tend to weight myself 5 times a day.
First time: When I wake up in the morning
Second time: when I get home from school
Third time: Before I exercise
Fourth Time: After I exercise
Fifth Time: After I eat dinner.
On numerous occasions I have attempted to force myself to throw up (never succeeded...) Do you have any advice as too how to reduce my obsessive weight thoughts?
