Hey Sameer, I am sorry you are going through thoughts like this, sometimes this happens when we feel uncomfortable with who we are, that is at times the start of having a Eating Disorder, well that is the way many eating disorders start, and it's scary because you stop yourself from doing things you enjoy and you lose a lot of energy, it's difficult to lose thoughts like this.
Sometimes losing thoughts like this are difficult, not all of us succeed the first time around, but we keep going and trying, until we get rid of these thoughts, but you won't be able to do it alone, you would need to reach out for help and support from people around. Sometimes doing that, requires a lot of time and is scary.
You can reach out for support by going to your local GP and force yourself not to get weighed, for starters, this is a difficult thing to do, so try distracting yourself when you know it's time to weight yourself, as it looks like you really want to stop, but are really struggling to.
