Thanks all. I did the card and gave it with a huge hug in return.

She loved her "sobriety meter". I made it a 'moving' card, so that her bottle of 15 year old sobriety rolled and twisted along a track. with a picture of a painting in Picoso (spelling?) style of a lady with red hair on the inside.

She loved it.
