...about Bipolar minds or people, which isn't about episodes or life-stories. Basically, something that is about the most grey areas of the bipolar spectrum (which I see as the bp stable - I am convinced now there is no stability in the same sense that non-bp have it.)

There should be something to help people strengthen that grey middle that has this disappointing vibe of an 'unhappy compromise'. Things I've read about 'avoiding relapse' have not been very insightful or shown any deeper understanding of the condition...(Even the word relapse suggests a very clear-cut way of looking at things, which isn't what most experience, is it...)
