I noticed a change at every other increase. At 50 then 100. Am now at 125 & haven't noticed much difference. Working up to 150 & maybe 200 if need be.

Have been up as high as 400 but had a rash scare that turned out to be something else. So am working up again. Being off it completely for a month then working back up has been tough cause this drug really helps me.
