It does sound as if something from your last session wasn't resolved satisfactorily. I think dijmart's suggestion that you get hold of tdoc is a good one. Especially if you are feeling that it's not safe for you to be around people, your therapist needs to get back with you
now.
Do you have a way to make emergency contact? If so, do it now. If not, can you contact pdoc?
If nothing else is possible, a hospital may be a safe haven--given your situation.
