While you may have made a mistake kissing the other guy, that in no way gives him any right to treat you like this. Obviously you still love him and are trying to keep the relationship going while he is doing very little. Honestly, this is not the type of guy you want to be in a long term relationship with, especially if you can't trust him. I know it will be tough, but I recommend ending things with this guy.
